 Josie Gibson of This Morning discusses her diagnosis of a painful disorder and the surprising reason why she noticed 


symptoms. Additionally, Josie disclosed how much the surgery has delayed her life. JOSIE Gibson has discussed her diagnosis of lipodema, a painful condition, and the reasons she first noticed symptoms. 


The This Morning presenter, 40, revealed her secret health battle last week as she told fans she’s “constantly fighting my genetics”.

She stated, "Someone actually said on Instagram a couple of years ago, "you've got a typical lipodema body.


" I thought, ‘what’s lipedema?’ 



 I was completely clueless. Lipedema was a term I had no idea existed, but I had always been aware that there was something wrong with my body. 


“I got diagnosed about a year ago and I had surgery in September.”



 More regarding Josie Gibson As she discusses her weight, Josie Gibson reveals her health condition for the first time. Josie responded, "All I can tell you is what I've been told," when the presenters asked her to describe the disorder in detail. I've seen a lot of experts—one in Berlin, three in London—and I've seen a lot of them. And basically they said it’s when your body holds onto fat differently. 


 I stated, "I train, I don't feel like I eat too much, I'm fit and healthy." They stated, "You can train seven days a week, but that won't help you lose lipedema fat." Additionally, Josie discussed how the disorder affects her at work.
