She stated, "Someone actually said on Instagram a couple of years ago, "you've got a typical lipodema body.


" I thought, ‘what’s lipedema?’ 



 I was completely clueless. Lipedema was a term I had no idea existed, but I had always been aware that there was something wrong with my body. 


“I got diagnosed about a year ago and I had surgery in September.”

Josie responded, "All I can tell you is what I've been told," when the presenters asked her to describe the disorder in detail.  I stated, "I train, I don't feel like I eat too much, I'm fit and healthy." They stated, "You can train seven days a week, but that won't help you lose lipedema fat." Additionally, Josie discussed how the disorder affects her at work.
